CHICAGO – Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management was the scene for First Tuesday's presentation on culture, community and the future, which showcased the city of Kitakyushu, Japan. Kitakyushu's mayor detailed the technological advancements of the city while laying groundwork to attract the Midwest technology community.
