The Discussion Board consists of postings from members of the ePrairie.com community. The Board is available for open discussion and the free exchange of ideas. The individual postings are not edited for content, style, or errors of any kind. However, the Discussion Board best serves the public when everyone follows basic standards of conduct. Post or transmit any information, software, or other materials that violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material that is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.

Post or transmit any information, software or other materials that contains a virus or other harmful component.

Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation on the ePrairie.com Discussion Board.

Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the ePrairie.com Discussion Board or in connection with your use of the ePrairie.com Discussion Board in any manner.

ePrairie.com reserves the right to monitor some, all or none of the ePrairie.com Discussion Board for adherence to the rules and regulations above mentioned and /or any other rules that may be published in the future. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to distribute your content, ePrairie.com is acting as a passive conduit and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content or activities in a topic area.
